Online Architectural Modification

I hereby acknowledge that I will construct and maintain the proposed modification to the exterior of my property in accordance with this proposal, and I will reimburse the Association for any and all expenses incurred as a result of damage to the common area resulting from the construction of this proposed modification. I will be responsible for obtaining any City Building Permits that may be required.

Please download and print the neighbor notification form, complete, and then attach a scanned or photographed copy to the Architectural Modification Application form.
